RETURNS Our policy strictly forbids returns or exchanges, except in the case where the product received is defective.
Eligibility for Defective Items If you believe you have received a defective item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We require a receipt or proof of purchase for processing your claim.
Non-returnable Items Due to the sensitive nature of our natural products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any item, with the exception of defective products as mentioned above.
Completing Your Claim To complete your claim for a defective item, contact us at email@example.com. We will then inspect the item and inform you of the next steps via email.
Refunds (if applicable) If your claim is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 15 days of claim.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact your bank and credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.
Sale Items (if applicable) Sale items are also non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective.
Shipping for Returns
If you receive a defective item and wish to return it, the company will assume the return shipping costs by providing you with a return label. If, however, you choose to return the item without waiting for our return label, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
Please note, we only accept returns shipped from the original buyer's address as provided during the purchase. Returns must be sent to the address specified in the email correspondence regarding your claim.
