    The three Mommy's Bliss syrups

The herbs that show up most, in English and Spanish

    • Elderberry (saúco, Sambucus nigra). "Sambucus" is its scientific name, which is why several brands use it in their product names. It's in all 6 syrups in the table. The amount varies a lot: from 100 mg of extract to 3 g of concentrate per serving.
    • Mullein (gordolobo, Verbascum thapsus). In Bronkoplex, Bronkoplex Kids and Broncomax Plus.
    • Eucalyptus (eucalipto) and menthol (mentol). In Bronkoplex, Bronkoplex Kids and Broncomax Plus.
    • Echinacea (equinácea) and astragalus (astrágalo). In Sambucus Immune by Nature's Answer; echinacea is also in Broncomax Plus and in Sambucus Immune Syrup by Nature's Way.
    • Propolis (propóleo). A bee product. It's in Bronkoplex, Bronkoplex Kids, Broncomax Plus and Sambucus Immune Syrup by Nature's Way.
    • Agave is not honey. Bronkoplex is called an "agave honey syrup", but agave is a plant syrup. Among the syrups in the table, only Broncomax Plus lists bee honey on its panel.
